Lana Del Rey covers VOGUE & storms the charts

Lana Del Rey will be featured on the March cover of the UK Vogue. Let me tell you she looks absolutely stunning, and her eyes are simply mesmerizing. The cover was photographed by Mario Testino, and the magazine will be available on Monday, February 6.
Make sure to get your copy.

Nobody has had so much haters and lovers a the same time as Lana, but it seems like all the bad press she had, is not really affecting her. In fact she's busy slaying the charts around the world. Being on number #1 on 11 different countries already, and entering next week the Billboard Hot 100 on the #2 spot, only held back by Adele's never ending reign.

The UK singer is set to earn her 19th consecutive week at #1 having reportedly pushed another 116'000 copies oh 21. Cuh-razay!

Non-the-less, Lana remains un-bothered, occupying the iTunes charts in the US, and only within an hour of it's release it was already #1. Haters, take a seat.

Lana Del Rey covers "Complex Magazine". Remains flaw-free!

Lana del Rey might have gotten a backlash for her SNL-performance three weeks ago. But it's definitely not slowing her down. In fact it might be bad publicity, but at the end of the day better bad publicity than none.

Lana doesn't give a shit about others, so that's why this cover shoot is so fitting. The 25-year-old stood in front of the lenses for Complex Magazine; the outcome: A classy Lana Del Rey with a short and sexy khaki-colored trench coat, holding a big black umbrella and shielding herself from the storm. She gives Rihanna a run for her money. Never did a woman look sexier with an umbrella.

The pictures is definitely a symbolism of all the downpour of criticism that Lana had to deal with lately. Put she never looked better and her eyes let her seem cool and unimpressed. Simply flawless.

She shared some thoughts on her way of performing: "My real fans know I'm not a showstopper on stage. I don't have f*ckin' circus lights. I just don't care. My fans are there because they want to hear the record live." Del Rey, also shared the fact that she's not driven to make the world listen to her pop songs. She told Complex: "I wasn't sing or die. I was also passionate about my community. I felt like I could have gone in several directions."

She went on to say that her life growing up was everything but perfect: " I know how to go, from being a non-functioning member of society to a functioning one," she told. "I was crazy!".

She wouldn't go further into details, which leaves me with a starving interest: " I won't go into it. It's not helpful to know. I was just reckless. But that was a long time ago. Being human is difficult. Some people make it more difficult than others. I was one of those people." PREACH IT GURL! I know exactly how she feels.

Well, I think anyone who still thinks that she's fake and not real about herself is just not listening here. Well, she has an answer for that, too: "I write my own songs. I made my own videos. I pick my producers. Nothing goes out without my permission. It's all authentic."

Haters gon' hate. There's nothing we can do about it. I know just one thing. Her music gives me life and she's bringing back real music in this glitter-infested after hour filled with dirty and generic beats.

Thank you Lana.

Lana Del Rey's "Born to Die" available on iTunes now! Buy it.

Lana Del Rey covers "Interview"-magazine in Russia

Lana Del Rey has gotten a lot of critic for her vocal abilities, but there's one thing the haters can't take away from this girl, she's simply stunning. Lana proved it to errrbody on the cover of the Russian "Interview"-magazine.

Del Rey is lit with a very warm light, giving us a very 1960s vibe, her strawberry colored hair is perfectly placed, the eye-liner sits tightly and demands attention.
Her face is completely taking center stage in this cover, and the bee on her lips is totally giving me "Silence of the lambs" vibes.

There's no other person at the moment who's getting that much attention and such a rapid rise of fame. There's no cover of her that doesn't look fierce, from her Billboard cover to her prom-queen cover for Q.

Bitches better, put on some extra glue on their wigs. They're about to get snatched.

Cassie talks upcoming album in January 2012 issue of V Magazine

Miss Cassandra Ventura, is not a woman who likes to get stressed, so that's why she's taking her sweet time to prepare her long awaited comeback since forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.

I was almost losing faith (once again), after Cassie premiered the trailer for "King of hearts" a month ago and leaving us with no news up until now. I was already contemplating at the thought of a possible album scrap, it would definitely not be the first time. But this interview with Patrick Sandberg from V Magazine, get's my hopes up and it seems like the engine is starting to finally roll:

From V Magazine:
"The record itself maintains the dark and sultry elements of her early material but merges it with electronic dance, jungle, reggae, and even ska. “At the time I made the record I went out to Ibiza and I really started to feel these jungle beats,” she says. “But at the same time I wanted to keep the ‘Me and U’ tone, really simple and clean. I have a lot of friends who are DJs and they like to mix, so I like to leave a really clean skeleton with the vocal.”
The combination of these new influences with her clean style adds up to a perfect sum of what Cassie is all about this year. “In my video we called it ‘giving ’90s supermodel.’ It’s the perfect definition of who I am right now and what I’m going through,” she says, smiling. “People aren’t going to expect me to come out with what I have.”
So dark and sultry elements & electronic dance, Ibiza jungle, reggae and even ska. Yep I'm soo jumping on that Cassie-train this year. This woman simply will be delivering and showing them hoes who's the Queen of icy Electro-R&B.

I'll be leaving you AGAIN with the video preview for "King of hearts", because those 0:37 seconds slayed my life. Gimme, 90's supermodel bitch!

Lady Gaga shows off her goods for Tony Bennett

The Lady  is a definitely a hot looking tramp. Who would have thought that Lady Gaga had such an amazing body. Who would have thought, Tony Bennett would ever see her naked? That's what I call an odd situation.

This artistic picture was snapped by Annie Leibowitz for the January 2012 issue of Vanity Fair. Gaga will be recalling in the issue a nasty comment that a once lover made about her:

"You will die alone in a house bigger than you know, with all your money and hit records, and you will die alone."

Damn. That's some pissed ex-boyfriend right there! Well, you can suck on it idiot...she might die alone, but you will die alone and poor with that stank attitude. Who wins?

Stay tuned for the HQ Vanity Fair and Elle UK spreads this week..

Interview: Britney talks to Peter Robinson for Stylist Magazine

PopJustice's Peter Robinson got invited to have a friendly chat with Britney Spears. As you all might probably now, Britney's interviews haven't been really interesting as of late. We usually get how she loves, them vanilla candles, how she adores her children and is happy to be in a relationship with Jason Trawick.

So it's very nice to see, that Peter actually managed to get some partially interesting information out of her soulless body for once. Take a look at some of the best moments, perfectly picked by Bradley Stern from MuuMuse and click here for the full interview from Stylist.

What was the last book you read?
The Mastery Of Love [sub-titled A Practical Guide To The Art Of Relationship by Don Miguel Ruiz]. It’s basically an analysis of love and what it means to love. It goes through all the different aspects of love. Who you are as a person, knowing yourself before you even attempt to love anyone else; that sort of thing. It’s really well-written and thought-provoking.
You’ve said in the past that it’s a thirst for success that defines you. Has your definition of success changed over the years?
For me, success is a state of mind. I feel like success isn’t about conquering something, it’s being happy with who you are.
When you’re performing, what are you thinking about?
What do I think about? Wow. Usually I’m so in the moment of being there with the audience that I don’t really have time to think about anything. You’re just focused on the tunes and what you’re doing and interacting with the audience and making sure you’re on cue. It’s more like a yoga state of mind, you know?
What music are you listening to at the moment?
Well I usually listen to a lot of hip-hop in my dressing room when I’m getting ready to go on stage, so Jay-Z a lot recently. And a lot of rock stuff like Aerosmith. That really gets me going and pumps me up. And then of course, there’s Jessie J and Adele.
Who’d be your dream musical collaboration at this stage?
          Gwen Stefani.

I'm still wondering if Gwen would ever accept a collaboration with Britney, but the idea is not bad. Plus, I simply can't picture Britney listening to Jay-Z or Aerosmith, it sounds so awkward and off.  Oh well, it's Britney after all, she's full of surprises.

The Femme Fatale Tour DVD was released on November 21. (iTunes)
